Architectural Design Rendering Artist

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Design Rendering Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visualizations and renderings of architectural projects, helping clients and stakeholders visualize designs with clarity and precision. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in CAD and 3D modeling software, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and design accuracy. Duties Develop detailed 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural designs using SketchUp, and other modeling tools Create accurate schematics, drafting, and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar CAD software Produce interior design visuals, system designs, and mechanical design renderings to support project development Generate 2D animations and graphic design elements to enhance presentation materials Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret project concepts into realistic visual representations Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and document management during project workflows Assist in creating detailed schematics and technical drawings for construction documentation Ensure all visualizations meet project specifications, aesthetic standards, and client expectations Maintain organized digital files of all renders, schematics, and related project assets Experience Proven experience in architectural visualization, rendering, or related fields Proficiency with SketchUp, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks or similar CAD systems Strong skills in graphic design, system design, interior design visualization, mechanical design rendering, and 2D animation Familiarity with drafting standards and construction documentation processes Experience working on diverse projects such as residential, commercial, or interior spaces is preferred Knowledge of schematic development and technical drawing creation is advantageous This role is ideal for creative professionals passionate about architecture and visualization technology who want to contribute to innovative design projects while expanding their technical expertise.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
