The ideal candidate has experience with Revit, AutoCAD, architectural drafting, structural drafting, permitting, and plan check corrections. This position requires someone who is dependable, eager to grow, works well under pressure, and can perform in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. You will work closely with our design and permitting team on a variety of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good character, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, clients, and city agencies. Responsibilities Prepare architectural and structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Revise plans based on plan check corrections and comments Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients Assist with permit submittals and project documentation Maintain drawing accuracy and organization throughout all project phases Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail Communicate clearly with team members regarding project updates and corrections Support projects from design through permit approval Qualifications Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD required Experience with architectural drafting, structural drafting, and plan check corrections preferred Familiarity with permitting processes and building departments Strong understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow professionally Must be organized, responsive, and ready to perform at a high level
