Design Associate Fontainebleau Development Llc - 4.2 Aventura, FL Job Details 10 hours ago Qualifications Task prioritization Technical Proficiency Full Job Description About the Role Fontainebleau Development is seeking a talented and driven Design Associate to join our in-house development department. This role is ideal for an emerging professional with a strong design sensibility and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through construction. Working closely with the Design and Development leaders, this individual will contribute across a range of high-end development projects, supporting design execution, documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior design concepts. Produce high-quality drawings, Digital 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal and external teams. Support construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and coordination with contractors. Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained. Contribute to material selection, FF&E, and detailing as needed. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and project partners. Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural or interiors office. Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field . Strong design skills with a solid portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and technical abilities. Experience with project management and coordination. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Rhino, Bluebeam, additional tools a plus). Working knowledge of construction documentation and administration processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
