Florida Position Overview Kaller Architecture is seeking a motivated and experienced Structural Technologist to join our Florida office. The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of a variety of architectural and structural projects, with a strong focus on concrete and steel construction systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and hands-on site inspection experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed structural drawings, models, and construction documents using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Develop structural details and documentation for concrete and steel building systems Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases Conduct site inspections and field reviews to verify construction quality and compliance with design documents Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues during design and construction Maintain organized project documentation and revision records Qualifications Diploma or degree in Structural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field Minimum 4-7years of relevant experience in structural drafting, detailing, and coordination Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Proven experience with concrete and steel structural systems is required Site inspection and field review experience is required Strong understanding of construction methods, structural detailing, and building codes Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working on commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use projects Knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processes BIM coordination experience is an asset What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Collaborative and professional work environment Career growth opportunities within the Mosaic Architecture group Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and portfolio highlighting relevant project and construction experience.
