Key Responsibilities:

Layout & Control:

Execute accurate layout for foundations, slabs, vertical concrete, embeds, and structural elements using robotic total stations and

GPS Plan Review & Coordination:

Verify field conditions against construction documents, flag discrepancies, and collaborate with engineers and superintendents on solutions

Quality Assurance Support:

Help ensure formwork, rebar placement, and concrete tolerances meet project specifications

Technology-Driven Execution:

Maintain layout files and as-builts using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in concrete layout, surveying, or field engineering (commercial experience preferred) Proficiency with total stations, GPS, laser tools, and digital layout systems Strong ability to interpret structural, shop, and concrete drawings Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software (Trimble experience a plus) OSHA 10 or equivalent certification preferred : Send your resume to or call +1 (407) 434-1620 for more information.
