The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be instrumental in producing high-quality drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring design intent is carried through to construction. What You'll Do Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to meet design objectives Ensure code compliance (especially Florida Building Code) and zoning regulations are met Assist with design development, redlines, and technical detailing for residential and commercial projects Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and build process Conduct site visits and provide support during construction phases What You Bring Revit proficiency is

REQUIRED

(minimum 2 year of hands-on experience) 3-5 years of experience producing construction documents for commercial and/or residential projects Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, and materials Familiarity with AutoCAD (bonus points for additional software experience) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Understanding of Florida Building Code and South Florida zoning regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Bonus if You Have Experience working in a collaborative studio setting Knowledge of sustainable building practices Interest in design-build or development-driven architecture Perks & Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Bonus opportunities Professional development support Office happy hours & team events Growth path into PM or licensure support Ready to Design What's Next?
