Architectural Drafter

Cad Drafter/Designer with a minimum of 5 years' experience with AutoCAD and Revit, residential & Commercial design abilities. Outgoing, independent worker. Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Take a project from start to finish. Have creative design abilities. Detail oriented. Create a complete set of floor plans per customer specification in accordance with internal drafting standards. Produce detailed working drawings, designs, and plans in Revit and other 3D design programs. Revise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes. Organize all engineering requirements for permitting process. Must have good communication skills and be able to work with clients, engineers, supervisors and other staff to ensure a competed project in a timely manner.
