In this role, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop comprehensive schematics and drafting documents that guide construction and interior design projects. Your expertise in CAD software and 3D modeling will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into accurate, actionable plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of architectural projects while honing your drafting skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and construction documents using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or Rhinoceros 3D. Develop 3D models and visualizations with tools like SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, or 3ds Max to enhance project presentations. Assist in creating interior design layouts and mechanical system designs that meet client specifications and building codes. Collaborate with architects and engineers to review design concepts, ensuring accuracy and feasibility before construction. Maintain organized drafting files and documentation in compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Requirements Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit. Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max, or SolidWorks for modeling and visualization tasks. Knowledge of architectural drafting standards, schematic development, and construction documentation processes. Ability to interpret architectural blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics accurately. Experience working on projects involving construction phases or mechanical systems is a plus.
