Role Description The Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin Park, IL. This position is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with account managers, developers, and production teams to translate brand strategies into effective design solutions, preparing files for production, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, refine creative concepts based on feedback, and adhere to quality and technical standards. The role may also involve participation in brainstorming sessions, updating design templates within the marketing automation platform, and supporting continuous improvement of visual brand assets. Qualifications Strong skills in graphic design and layout, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud applications). Experience designing for multi-channel marketing, including print, digital, and web-based campaigns. Ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials. Knowledge of production processes for print and digital assets, including file preparation and optimization. Effective collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative or marketing teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent visual communication skills and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or asset management systems is a plus. Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work in marketing or advertising environments.
