Architect Contractor Wanted Residential Remodeling Projects

We're a growing residential remodeling / building company seeking a skilled Architect to create detailed architectural drawings You'll handle load-bearing walls, structural changes, and code compliance with confidence while collaborating with our construction team to bring remodeling / new construction houses visions to life.

What You'll Do:

Draft detailed residential remodeling plans and construction-ready drawings Create realistic 3D renderings for client presentations Ensure designs are practical, safe, and meet code requirements Work with our team to solve structural challenges during remodels Build plans for new construction homes

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture Must have an Architecture Stamp 3+ years experience in residential remodeling architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit Strong understanding of load-bearing walls and structural integrity in remodels Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning laws Ability to produce both concept designs and fully detailed construction drawings Strong portfolio of residential remodeling work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills
