$25 - $35 per hourComprehensive Benefits Package You'll play an important role in developing accurate precast concrete drawings, coordinating materials, and keeping projects moving from engineering through production and field installation. The position offers strong exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, engineering, project coordination, manufacturing, and construction, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their design career while working on real-world projects. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare precast concrete project drawings under the direction of Project Coordinators and Engineering.

Produce detailed precast piece drawings in advance of scheduled production.

Create, update, and revise AutoCAD and Revit drawings as project requirements evolve.

Provide drafting and administrative support to the Engineering team.

Coordinate and order embed plates and loose materials to support fabrication and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to quickly resolve casting and field issues.

Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout project drawing workflows.

Support timely drawing releases to help keep production and erection schedules on track.

Help identify opportunities to improve drafting processes, workflow efficiency, and drawing accuracy.

QualificationsMust have 2+ years of relevant experience in drafting, design, construction drawings, or a related field.

Must have experience with Revit and BIMStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet project deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineers, Project Managers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
