Junior Architect

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will support senior architects and project managers throughout all phases of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation. Duties Assist in developing design concepts using AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings. Support project scheduling efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of project. Prepare detailed construction documents and drafting using CAD software while adhering to project standards and client specifications. Contribute to renovation and interior design projects by creating detailed plans, sections, and elevations. Participate in coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Contribute to the development of project schedules using project management tools while maintaining clear documentation of progress. Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail in creating accurate drawings for construction documents. Knowledge of construction processes including renovation projects and interior design principles. Effective time management. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members across multiple disciplines. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
