We are looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine interest in architecture, decoration, and the decorative arts. Our work focuses on creating timeless, highly personal interiors that respect the architecture and history of each project while supporting contemporary ways of living. Projects range from city apartments to country houses and historic renovations throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. They should enjoy working as part of a small, hands-on design team where every member contributes to all phases of a project. Responsibilities Assist with the development of interior design concepts and presentations. Prepare furniture plans, elevations, and architectural details. Research furnishings, fabrics, lighting, finishes, and decorative materials. Create presentation drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, artisans, architects, and contractors. Assist with site visits, installations, and project documentation. Help maintain project organization, samples, and design libraries. Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 1-3 years of professional experience preferred. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp and AI platform rendering experience is a plus. Excellent graphic presentation skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in classical architecture, historic interiors, furniture, textiles, and the decorative arts. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
