Annum Architects seeks a proactive, self-motivated Senior Architect with 8-12 years of experience. The ideal candidate has experience in academic, cultural, and civic settings. Responsibilities:
Designs and documents projects in all phases, from early concept development through schematic, design development, and construction document phases. Manages, mentors, and supports Junior Staff Coordinates project documentation execution, construction plans and details, and consultants while ensuring document quality and completeness. Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature professional judgment in solving architectural issues Leads coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and within office Understands and coordinates engineering systems relevant to projects Performs construction administration duties (such as responding to RFIs, managing change orders, and reviewing shop drawings and materials for conformance with design intent)
Qualifications:
Professional Degree in Architecture A commitment to design excellence, combined with verbal and graphic skills to compellingly communicate design ideas to others. Experience with delivering all phases of a project with institutional clients Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems Fluency in Revit, SketchUp or Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD Ability to direct or coordinate work efforts of junior staff Professional Licensure LEED AP or within 6 months of hire, or related accreditation demonstrating a commitment to sustainability, such as CPHC, LFA, or WELL Ability to travel More job listings from this employer: Boston, MA, US Tue, Jun 23 '26 Interior Architect / Interior Designer Annum Architects (formerly Ann Beha Architects)
