Additional duties will include quantity take offs using AutoCads Quantity Takeoff, assisting in material selection, assist in processing ASI, RFI, Submittals, and PCO, assist in reviewing product data, and MEP Shop drawings, assist in initial conceptional property layout, and attending on site construction meetings, Great Opportunity to downsize and become the in house architect for an established New England developer.
