Architectural Architectural Technician Chanhassen, MN | Direct Hire | $24 - $37/hr Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to work on innovativemercial building projects nationwide for a growingpany. In this role, you will be part of a teampleting architectural 3D modeling, construction document production, and project production tasks formercial building projects.
Architectural Technician Responsibilities:
Production of construction documents through the use of Revit BIM Set up drawing sheets, andanize drawing sheet information as directed Assist in the production of design details from provided redlined direction Manage and coordinate model needs with internal and external design team members using BIM applications Create presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for submittal to internal and external groups.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
AAS Degree in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 2+ years of professional experience with architectural production work, preferably withmercial building projects Proficient use of Revit Experience with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and NavisWorks preferred Thorough knowledge of BIM/CAD procedures and standards A strong foundation of technical architectural knowledge. Ability to work in office Monday-Friday
