Architectural Designer (custom homes) 1st St. NW Technical Staffing - 3.0 Edina, MN Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $90,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Associate of Applied Science 3D modeling software Residential construction Revit Associate's degree in drafting Residential design (architectural design tasks) Residential building drafting Building information modeling (BIM) tools 3D modeling for architectural design Full Job Description Establish custom home design & construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer with strong Revit experience.
Duties:
Using Revit, develop accurate drawings from conceptual design through construction documents Create 3D renderings for customer presentations Collect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.) Meet with clients and staff to develop designs from concept Balance multiple projects at a time
Requirements:
AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar 4+ years of residential design / drafting experience Strong Revit experience Understanding of residential building materials and construction standards Ability to work onsite fulltime Ability to pass a background check
Salary:
$65-90K
