Base Salary:

What You Will Do:

Develop and prepare detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings and models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) from rough sketches or conceptual engineering design information Perform drafting assignments, leveraging working knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and procedures Provide day-to-day project support and coordination of structural requirements Work collaboratively in a team environment with other Structural Designers, BIM/CAD Technicians, Structural Engineers, and Project Managers Coordinate the application of BIM technologies at the project level Provide BIM production support for a Structural Engineering team which includes project model setup, development of parametric families and parametric content, primary discipline project work, and deliverable setup (all training is provided) Ensure the BIM Model adheres to all internal and client specific goals and standards

What You Will Need:

Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/design for buildings or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials (steel, concrete, wood), and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and project teams.
