Job Description

High-end custom residential design company has an opening for a Sr. Architectural Drafter / Project Manager on a direct hire basis. Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!
Duties:
Transform architectural design sketches into detailed AutoCAD construction documents Interface with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is followed through from concept to completion Manage timelines and maintain rigorous quality control standards Mentor/direct other CAD drafters Communicate with on-site contractors to resolve design challenges
Requirements:
AAS in Architectural Drafting, or similar 7+ years of residential drafting experience Experience creating construction documents for high-end, custom homes Strong AutoCAD skills Project management experience - includes being able to manage timelines, organizing projects, and interfacing with contractors Strong communication skills
Salary:
$90-130K
