Job Captain, Architectural Designer

Responsibilities Develop creative design concepts and architectural solutions Prepare Revit models, drawings, and construction documents Assist with programming, site planning, and zoning/code analysis Support 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations Participate in client discussions and incorporate design feedback Support construction administration tasks (shop drawings, RFIs, submittals) Coordinate with engineering consultants and project team members Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative design culture Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 5+ years of architectural design experience Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple project activities within the architecture industry Strong Revit and SketchUp skills Experience with site planning and zoning analysis Ability to manage multiple project tasks independently Excellent communication, problem-solving, and design skills Experience with Enscape, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wayzata, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
