Job Description

About the Company We are a full-service Surveying and Civil Engineering Services firm providing Engineering Design, Land Surveying, Geotechnical, and Construction Management services to both public and private sector clients. Using advanced technology and industry expertise, we support projects from preliminary design through construction. Our surveying and engineering teams have delivered efficient and accurate surveys and designs for a wide range of projects, including single-family residential developments, large commercial and industrial sites, and municipal projects. We currently have an immediate opening in our Chesterfield, Missouri office.

Survey Drafter Location:
Chesterfield, MO (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Civil/Survey Drafter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and experience working in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and process survey field information Perform construction staking calculations for field crews Prepare boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and record plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D Prepare topographic surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D Qualifications Experience & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing boundary and topographic surveys Experience reading and preparing surveys, record plats, easement exhibits, and as-built drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience conducting property research Experience processing field data Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong computer and technical skills Above-average math skills Ability to multitask across multiple projects Detail-oriented and self-motivated Education High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Trimble GPS, Trimble Robotic Total Station, and data collectors Prior field surveying experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience.
