Richard Adams Engineers & Consultants (RAE) is a full-service structural engineering firm established in 1993. We provide comprehensive engineering services including project planning, feasibility studies, conceptual and design development, construction documentation, and construction-phase support. We are seeking a Structural Drafter to join our team onsite in our St. Louis (Richmond Heights) office. At RAE, we are committed to creating opportunities for individual success. A DAY IN THE LIFE

Create 3D Revit models to produce plans, sections, details, and construction documentation Apply redline revisions accurately and efficiently Follow RAE's established BIM standards, templates, and workflows—and contribute feedback to support ongoing improvement Participate actively in team discussions and coordination efforts with other disciplines

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of structural drafting experience using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus) Experience or academic background in a related field (Design/Drafting, CAD, BIM Technology, Civil Engineering, etc.) Strong working knowledge of Revit for model creation and construction documentation Ability to coordinate Revit models with other disciplines Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clear, consistent documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively This is a full-time, in-office position
