Job Description
Job DescriptionAt CRB, our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex, highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record, you'll contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of projects across a variety of industries—including life sciences and food & beverage.
This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
What You'll DoDevelop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM toolsProduce drawings and documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailsTranslate redlines and markups into coordinated, high-quality drawing setsReview drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standardsCollaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designsSupport field investigations, site visits, and data collectionParticipate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checksAssist with the development of studies, presentations, and reportsQualificationsRequired QualificationsDegree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch, or equivalent) preferredAssociate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environmentPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Revit and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCADExperience developing and coordinating construction documentsWorking knowledge of building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.)LEED, WELL, or other sustainability accreditationStrong communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to travel as needed for project or training supportAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
