Job Description
We're a high-end custom cabinetry company in the Flathead Valley, partnering with architects, builders, and designers on residential projects across the Mountain West. Our work shows up in homes where the details matter — and where the people involved expect them to be right. What sets us apart isn't a marketing claim. We design in Revit, alongside the rest of the project team, so coordination happens in the model instead of in the field. Our drawings are precise, our timelines hold, and we're accountable from first sketch to final install. We're looking for a Revit Designer who wants to do the work that way. About the Role You'll lead Revit modeling and documentation for cabinetry packages from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. You'll work directly with the architects and builders on each project — coordinating in their models, catching conflicts early, and producing drawings that are buildable without guesswork. This is a craft role with real ownership, not a production seat. What You'll Do Develop accurate, well-organized Revit models and construction drawings for custom cabinetry Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, and builders in shared Revit environments Identify and resolve conflicts with structure, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural details before they reach the field Build and maintain reusable families, templates, and project standards Translate design intent into precise shop drawings and fabrication documentation Stay involved through install when needed — the goal is the finished space, not just the drawing set What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on Revit experience, ideally in architecture, millwork, or cabinetry Strong fundamentals in construction documentation — you know what builders and fabricators actually need to see Comfort with family creation, parameters, and keeping a model clean and coordinated Working knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Inventor, SolidWorks, or Rhino is a plus Self-directed, organized, and easy to work with
Bonus:
experience with high-end residential, custom millwork, or coordinating cabinetry with architectural teams What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance and paid time off Retirement plan with company contribution Project variety with architects and builders who care about the details A small team that respects craft, communicates directly, and follows through A short commute in one of the best small towns in the country How to Apply Send a resume and a few work samples (PDF preferred). A short note about what you're looking for next goes a long way — we read every one. All inquiries kept confidential.Pay:
