Position Summary Netta Architects is seeking a self-starter, talented, enthusiastic, and technically proficient Architectural Designer Draftsperson and will work closely with Project Architects and Project Managers to support all phases of production. Project Types

• Governmental and Civil Facilities (courthouses, public safety, emergency services, institutional buildings)
• K-12 and Higher Education academic and administrative facilities
• Multi-Family Housing and Mixed-Use projects
• Commercial projects (retail, office, food service) Key Responsibilities
• Architectural production work from schematic design through construction documents
• Assist Project Architects and Project Managers in coordinating drawing sets
• Support construction administration, including RFI's and submittals
• Communicate design intent and technical information through drawings, sketches, and presentations
• Preparation of 3D image renderings for client presentations
• Work within established schedules, budgets and public procurement requirements Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional design and technical abilities.
• A collaborative, strong background in architectural production, spatial and environmental design ability, and quality design sensibility.
• Able to effectively convey information and ideas.
• Ability to generate and deliver effective presentations.
• Experience with Revit® 3D modeling, AutoCAD, and preparation of contract documents.
• Experience with rendering software for creating 3D images
• Sketching and freehand drawing skills and the ability to create quick sketches to convey/sell an idea.
