Junior Architect

Responsibilities Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT. Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites. Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives. Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression. Respond to RFIs and manage submittals. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 2-3 years experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects. Proficiency in REVIT Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ridgewood, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Company benefits provided upon request Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Ridgewood,NJ.
