Job Description
BIM Modeler Job Summary We are seeking a BIM Modeler to support multidisciplinary BIM coordination and modeling activities for industrial, manufacturing, and mission critical construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models for construction projects Coordinate with electrical, structural, and mechanical teams Support clash detection and constructability reviews Maintain accurate project models and drawing revisions Coordinate with field teams to support project execution Assist with as-built modeling and documentation Qualifications Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or equivalent BIM software required Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects preferred Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or structural systems preferred Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to travel or support remote projects as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for employee and family Opportunity to support complex, large-scale projects Collaborative and team-oriented environment
