Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson / Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our growing team with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and coordinating detailed fire protection layouts, BIM models, and architectural sprinkler plans for commercial and residential projects. We also do many multi story apartment complex's providing plumbing sanitary, domestic water, gas and storm shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and draft accurate fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD and Revit. Review architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans to ensure code compliance. Coordinate sprinkler head placement with architectural features and structural components.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and HydraCAD experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with NFPA standards and local building codes. Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles.
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
