All projects are completed in Revit from design development to construction documents, and the candidate must demonstrate strong Revit experience; having residential Revit experience is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

Perform existing condition site surveys and measurements Basic zoning research of local Long Island Jurisdictions. Understand single family residential construction and light commercial Assist/ Lead production of design development and construction documentation. Must be organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills. Have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Requirements:

Proven Revit Experience and can navigate Revit with little assistance. Able to develop detailed 3D models of residential structures. BArch (5 Year) or BS in Architecture (4 Year) preferred.
