$20.00 - $35.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits A well-established local architectural firm specializing in retail is seeking an experience Architectural Designer with 5+ years experience to assist on a variety of retail projects; Big Box, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc.REQUIREMENTS
- Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years' experience Architectural Design and Drafting for Retail projects
- Auto
CAD & MS
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Revit is a PLUS
- Architectural design and drafting for retail projects such as Big Bix, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc. Any previous experience doing drafting work for gymnasiums is a plus.
- Must have experience doing production work; red lining, layout, BOM's, Ceiling & Floor Plans, Elevations, and follow direction from Architects & Team Leaders.
