Company Description SD Inc. - Architecture & Interior Design Studio is a recognized, multi-disciplinary firm founded by Sunil Dhingra and Shilpi Dhingra. The studio focuses on delivering high-quality, modern architectural and interior design solutions that are both aesthetically compelling and environmentally responsible. With 16 years of professional experience, SD Inc. has partnered with private residential owners, real estate developers, institutional organizations, commercial establishments, and builders across India. The team believes that thoughtful design enhances professionalism, trust, and competitiveness in a fast-paced market. What began as a passion has grown into a collaborative network of professionals who share a common vision for innovative, client-centered design. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Architects / Designers located in Delhi. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations from schematic design through construction documentation. Team members will coordinate with senior designers, consultants, and clients to refine design solutions, ensure code compliance, and support project delivery. Responsibilities include site visits, measurements, design detailing, material and product research, and assisting in the preparation of project specifications and schedules. The role also requires collaborating with project teams to maintain design quality, meet deadlines, and support smooth communication with clients and project partners. Qualifications Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, including space planning, detailing, and integration of architectural and interior design elements. Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Ability to conduct site studies, gather requirements, and translate client needs into clear design solutions and presentations. Solid understanding of building codes, materials, sustainability principles, and construction methods. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a studio environment. Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field. Professional experience in an architecture or interior design studio; exposure to residential, commercial, or institutional projects is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively on-site, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to evolving project requirements. Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, technical competency, and attention to detail is required.
