We're looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1-2 years of in-office experience who's excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction . This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves technical precision, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a design-driven team creating exceptional homes. What You'll Do Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD Implement redlines and revisions from project architects Assist with construction document sets for custom homes Support design development and presentation graphics Create or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or Lumion Help maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracy Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals What We're Looking For 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural office Technical education required; Associate degree preferred Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus Basic understanding of residential construction methods Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Positive, professional attitude with strong team-player energy Ability to take feedback well and grow within established design standards Why You'll Like Working Here Work on custom luxury homes and legacy residential projects Learn directly from experienced architects and designers Supportive, collaborative studio culture Clear expectations and mentorship for early-career growth A balance of focused production work and creative exposure
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type:
