Job Type:
Full-time Qualifications:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma from a Canadian post-secondary institution,
Architectural Technology or Similar Experience:
- Experience and knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Experience and knowledge of Canadian construction systems and detailing
- Experience creating construction drawings and details, coordinating projects through construction and coordinating with Clients and Consultants
- Experience working in an architecture or design firm (minimum 3 years)
Revit/BIM Drafting/Modeling:
5-10 years (Required)- 5-10 years mandatory experience with multi-family residential and commercial building design projects within Canada.
Skills:
- Software proficiency: Revit (Required), MS Office (Required),
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Excellent time management skills
- Salary is to be determined based on each candidate's experience.
