This is a fully on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support our BIM Manager & Coordinator to model Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows for various projects. Electrical experience is helpful but not required. This position requires some experience in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD. We are willing to train the right candidate who is organized and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Model all electrical and coordinate the model with other trades. Read and comprehend contract documents that will detail scope of work. Work with site foremen to ensure modeling is built for ease of constructing in field. Work closely with project management team for resolution of issues identified during reviews through the Request For Information (RFI) process. Turn model into detailed shop drawings for field use. Qualificatons Certificate/Degree from college or technical school in BIM, CAD, Construction Science or Engineering or related field is preferred. Must have experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit. Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning. Detail oriented and able to recognize errors quickly. Working knowledge of general construction. Ability to effectively solve problems.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
