Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture We are seeking a talented Junior Residential Designer to join our clients growing residential design studio focused on thoughtfully crafted custom homes throughout Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience within an architecture or residential design firm, including at least two years working on single-family residential projects. Candidates should possess strong Revit proficiency and a passion for high-end residential architecture rooted in craftsmanship, collaboration, and coastal New England design. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer looking to grow professionally while contributing to distinctive residential projects in a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project teams through all phases of residential design and documentation Develop Revit models, drawing sets, and presentation materials Coordinate with consultants, builders, and internal team members Support project detailing, space planning, and technical documentation Participate in site visits, client meetings, and construction coordination as needed
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience in architecture or residential design Minimum 2 years working on residential projects within a firm environment Strong Revit software skills required Degree in Architecture or related design field preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for custom residential architecture and thoughtful design solutions Technical / Software skills: Strong Proficiency in Revit software and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required. Candidates must be experienced in wood frame design + construction documentation Flexible work from home options available.
