Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes by providing precise material take-offs and cost assessments. Collaborate with clients and contractors during negotiations to refine project scope, resolve design challenges, and align expectations. Support business development efforts by creating compelling proposals, presentations, and visualizations that showcase our firm's capabilities. Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a must. Experience with construction estimating, budgeting techniques, and business development strategies. Skilled in negotiation with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Familiarity interior design and renovation.
