Job Description

Qualifications:
A candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Architecture, and a minimum of 2-4 projects completed in Revit. A candidate shall have the ability to assemble and produce design documentation through all design phases, and ability to foster and maintain relationships with the design team. Graphic, written, and verbal literacy are mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in design concept and translate into construction documents. Primary contact in coordination across all disciplines Perform assignments with minimal guidance. Assembly material and lead presentations with clients Assist the Project Manager with the design schedule for upcoming milestones and design goal needs.
Skills and Requirements:
Verbal and written competency Able to understand and convey information graphically. Efficient in management software i.e. excel, bluebeam Ability to read and understand at a high level construction codes In-depth knowledge of architectural software i.e. autocad, revit, adobe creative suite Revit level 2 user / fundamental knowledge•ability to create and edit families, schedules, components, draw detail lines, and create basic walls, floors, and roofs.

Preferred Pay:
$90,000.00•$115,000.00 per year
