Structural Design Engineer We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our growing Orlando, FL office!   • contributing to exciting projects and working closely with architects, clients, and contractors to bring ideas to life.
From early in your career, you will take on meaningful responsibility and play an active role in project delivery. Our Orlando office is a small, growing team, giving you the opportunity to work closely with an energetic, tight-knit group and take an active role in many facets of structural engineering and project delivery. You'll also have the support and resources of our larger team, providing both hands-on local experience and access to broad technical expertise. Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, this is an opportunity to develop strong technical skills, gain broad project exposure, and grow into a well-rounded structural engineer with a clear path toward licensure and leadership. What You'll Do Perform structural design for steel, concrete, and wood systems Analyze structures for unique loading demands
  • including high wind, high seismic, vibration, and progressive collapse
  • using advanced analysis methods and specialty detailing.
Build and work within 3D finite elements models to efficiently and accurately design structures Coordinate and develop 3D Revit models as part of the design coordination and documentation process Work directly with senior engineers and principals who are actively involved in training and mentorship Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and project teams across all phases, from early design through construction Gain experience across a wide range of project types, materials, and structural systems Take on increasing responsibility based on your experience level What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structures focus) 0-5 years of structural engineering experience Strong fundamentals in structural analysis and design Clear communication skills and attention to detail Motivated to learn, contribute, and grow professionally Nice to Have Master's degree in Structural Engineering Experience with RAM, ETABS, SAP, or similar tools Revit or AutoCAD experience Exposure to steel, concrete, or wood design Why Ehlert Bryan? Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$80,000
