Role Summary Our goal at Legacy Commercial Property is to develop real estate that provides great places for people to shop, dine and work. As a member of the Design and Construction team you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the development process. About the Position We are seeking a project architect who will assist in schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, coordinating with engineers, verifying existing conditions, as-built drawings, site investigation reports, etc. Although not required, this experience would provide an ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking Architectural licensure. Expectations Production of Construction Drawings Architectural Site Plans Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Understanding of Model Code Requirements Strong Coordination / Communication Skills Complete Site Investigation Reports for a variety of projects Availability to travel to pre-construction & construction sites 5+ years of experience in an architecture role Bachelors or Masters in Architecture, preferably from an accredited program Pursuing licensure or licensed (a plus) Benefits Group medical, dental, vision and other supplemental policies Flex Medical spending accounts (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) 401K with 50% match Paid time off plus 7 paid holidays Position type and expected hours of work This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brentwood, TN.
