⟵ Architectural Designer Fox Architecture
jfox@foxarchitecture.net Fox Architecture is seeking Architectural Designers to join our growing practice as we expand our existing project focus and diversify into new market sectors. Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional client service, creative design solutions, and a quality work product. The Architectural Designer's duties will include proficient development of design solutions, preparation of construction documents, coordination with consultants, contractors and team members. Requirements Education Minimum Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Environmental Design Experience 0-7 years of experience Qualifications and Skills Desire to learn, grow, and develop skill sets relevant to design, technical, and management aspects
Creative design thinking and ability to communicate design ideas
Skill set to develop creative design solutions, produce renderings, detail projects, and produce design and construction documents in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Lumion, Enscape, and Sketchup are beneficial but not required
Ability to work independently on assigned projects with support of leadership
Ability to perform daily duties of delivering professional services within internal, structured mentorship program focused on supporting licensure. Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities with guidance from leadership
Ability to engage, collaborate, and problem solve with clients, consultants, contractors and other team members
Strong organizational skills with focus on attention to detail and commitment to client objectives, project tasks, and deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Commercial, Healthcare, Veterinary Medicine, Multi-Family, and/ or Hospitality architecture experience preferred but not required Fox Architecture is an architectural, planning, and interior design practice with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and design solutions with technical expertise and a strong project management delivery model that achieve client objectives. Fox Architecture offers a collaborative work environment with a commitment to staff growth and development. Our market focus includes commercial, retail, healthcare, veterinary medicine, sports and fitness, and multi-family projects. We maintain long-standing client relationships with national accounts and master service agreements with several clients that result in multiple projects nationwide. As a small practice, we are uniquely able to offer team members opportunities to have project ownership and leadership, direct client engagement, a creative design process, and opportunity to learn many aspects of the practice of architecture.
