We are particularly interested in candidates who feel that they have outgrown their current position and are looking for a higher level of responsibility and independence and are excited about joining a firm where they are encouraged to grow, both as a Designer and a leader. Day to Day Responsibilities Organize, select, and prepare content for CD packages Review schedule for professional services as prepared by their supervisor Gain an understanding of the entire project process, including coordination of documents from SD to CA Gain exposure to design phase activities, e.g., set- and completion of renderings and learning to blend technical and design concepts Work closely with the PA/PM on a project from beginning to end Under supervision may manage small projects from beginning to end, including consultant coordination Understand the roles and consultant types required for a specific project Observe project meetings and develop skills to prepare meeting notes Continue to work towards AXP completion and completing the ARE exam process Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time What we look for Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university 5+ years of experience Experience with multi-family and mixed-used projects a plus Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software Revit experience is required On track to pursue
