Salary:

Up to $130

K/year DOE Bonus Opportunity:

Up to 33.5%

Profit Sharing:

Key Responsibilities:

Create precise, custom steel joist designs supporting diverse, high-impact construction projects. Perform structural design work in accordance with industry standards and company manufacturing processes. Review contract documents including structural and architectural drawings and project specifications. Provide direction and technical support to detailers, shop orders, and production teams throughout project design and development. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including other design professionals. Mentor junior engineers and interns. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
