Duties include:

Develop architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details using BIM tools such as Revit. Prepare and manage permit submission packages and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain approvals for projects across multiple jurisdictions. Perform zoning and building code analysis to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including land use requirements, setbacks, and development constraints. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate site conditions, zoning limitations, and development potential. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions aligned with project scope and regulatory requirements. Utilize parametric and computational design tools, including Rhino and Grasshopper, to analyze design alternatives and optimize building performance, material efficiency, and layout functionality. Apply digital tools and automated workflows to support design development, documentation, and permitting processes. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to project design and approvals. Revise architectural plans based on agency comments, client feedback, and construction requirements. Coordinate integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within project designs.
