Architecture and Engineering, Refined. Overview MWM Architects is hiring an architect in Lubbock, Texas. This role is for someone who is drawn to thoughtful, high quality design and wants to see projects realized from concept through completion. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and the design team across retail, restaurant, office, education, and community projects. We are primarily seeking a licensed architect or experienced candidate, but will consider a strong architectural intern who is eager to grow within the firm. What You'll Do Work with the team on commercial architectural projects from early design through construction Assist with drawings, models, and project documentation Support the development of design concepts and presentations Contribute to construction documents and coordination Participate in team and client meetings What We're Looking For Degree in Architecture Licensed architect or working toward licensure 2 or more years of experience preferred, but strong interns will be considered Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Collaborative, motivated, and comfortable working with clients Why MWM Real projects that get built and used every day Collaborative, tight knit team Long term client relationships and repeat work Opportunity to grow within the firm

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
