Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of medical office operations and administration
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all employees, providers, and business
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Review Personnel, Update Policy Procedures, OSHA, Expense Review w Justification
  • Vaccine Cost vs Reimbursement
  • Exit Plan Fire and Tornado, Safety Plan Active Shooter
  • Employee Evaluations, CLIA Certification, Provider Credentialing, CAQH, Insurance Contracting and Reviewing Reimbursement, AR Experience:
  • Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
