We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect with a strong background in Construction Administration and Construction Management to join our team. A dynamic and high initiative individual who can coordinate across the engineering team to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities. Duties Able to understand schedules and drive coordination Communicate with engineers and cities to drive the permit process under the guidance of the PM. Assist construction managers with projects. Assist engineers on construction projects with design changes and reviews. Assist with city submissions and bank submissions for construction-related items. Assist with updates to owners of projects. Assist subcontractors and general contractors with the items they need from time to time. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture Strong Construction Management experience Licensed Architect Highly skilled in communication to work in teams and build teams High level of organisation across schedules and information Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Familiarity with Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
