Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of residential and/or commercial projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and excellent communication with clients, consultants, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Lead or assist in developing architectural designs from concept to construction documents. Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and permit submissions in compliance with applicable building codes and local regulations. Manage design revisions and client feedback throughout all project phases. Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP consultants to ensure cohesive project integration. Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction observation as required. Ensure quality control, design accuracy, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders. Stay informed of local code requirements, zoning ordinances, and current design trends. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect 3-5 years of professional architectural experience preferred. Proficiency in Chief Architect , Revit , AutoCAD , SketchUp , or similar design software. Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with residential design, ADUs, remodels, or small commercial projects. Understanding of sustainable design principles and energy efficiency standards. Familiarity with permitting in Western and Eastern Washington. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
