Job Description
Bill Lorrigan Construction is a family owned General Contractor founded in 1986. We provide construction services to manufacturing, industrial, financial, and agricultural customers around northeast Wisconsin. We are currently seeking applications for an Architectural / Structural Drafter. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction drafting experience. This is a challenging opportunity for self-motivated individual who desires to work for a fast paced, reputable and growing company. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Must be able to execute well thought out building designs and put them in a professional plan format Provide proactive problem solving through design and construction phases Create basic preliminary drawings based off of sketches Design buildings given basic dimensions and scope of work Building designs must be code compliant Produce detailed and accurate construction drawings Be able to detail shop drawings for structural steel Experience with Pre-engineered metal buildings, Agricultural buildings, Office and Financial buildings is preferred
