Responsibilities Execute precise repairs and maintenance on surgical devices to ensure they meet rigorous performance specifications. Utilize advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify component failures and implement effective corrective actions. Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance on reassembled equipment to verify functional integrity. Interpret complex technical blueprints and schematics to guide accurate assembly and repair processes. Proactively identify operational risks and escalate technical issues to maintain high standards of equipment reliability. Maintain compliance with ISO quality standards and Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent outcomes. Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate repair quotes to support efficient service delivery. Uphold a culture of safety by adhering to health protocols and conducting regular workplace organization audits. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic testing. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or assembly schematics. Commitment to following strict safety protocols and quality management systems. Preferred Skills Previous experience working with surgical instruments or medical-grade equipment. Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality management standards in a regulated environment. Experience with inventory management or parts procurement processes.
