We install and support laser cutting systems, CNC equipment, and robotic solutions that help our customers improve productivity and efficiency. We are a growing, hands-on team focused on quality work, problem solving, and long-term relationships with our clients. ? Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician to help install and support industrial laser, CNC, and robotic systems at customer facilities. This is a field-based position. No prior experience is required. We will train the right person. If you enjoy working with tools, machines, and solving technical problems, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in industrial automation. ? Responsibilities

  • Install and set up laser, CNC, and robotic equipment
  • Assist with equipment testing, commissioning, and start-up
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
  • Travel to customer locations for installations and service visits
  • Provide technical support and ensure proper machine operation ? Qualifications
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license Nice to have (not required):
  • Trade school or technical background
  • Experience with machinery, automotive, HVAC, or similar hands-on work
